The Board of Management manages the school on behalf of the Patron and is accountable to the Patron and the Minister for Education. The Principal is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school and is accountable to the Board for that management. The Board adopts a child-centred approach to all of its work. It must also uphold the characteristic spirit (ethos) of the school and is accountable to the Patron for so doing.

Who is on the Board of Management
      - Two direct nominees of the patron.
      - Two parents of children enrolled in the school (one mother and one father) elected by the parents.
      - The principal.
      - One teacher elected by the teaching staff.
      - Two community members.

The term of office for the current Board of Management is from 1st December 2023 to 30th November 2027.
